Q: Do I need to sign a waiver before I can jump Sky Zone?
A: Yes. Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the facility. Waivers can be downloaded on our website or picked up at the facility
Q: If I brought a waiver once do I need to bring one again?
A: If you were a walk-in customer your waiver should be on file (can not gaurantee, call ahead to confirm). If you attended a birthday party or group event your waiver will only be valid for that day. In this case, you will need another waiver.
Q: Do I need to make reservations?
A: We accept walk-in customers during all open hours of operation (subject to availability). Reservations are recommended for a confirmed number of jumpers and time
Q: What is the difference between a reservation and a birthday party?
A: A reservation is for jumping only where as a birthday party is for jumping and a private room rental for cake and pizza
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No there is not an age limit. We have a special court for toddlers. We recommend that if you are 7 or under that you come earlier in the day.
Q: Do I have to rent shoes?
A: Yes. If you fit into our shoes you have to wear them. We rent shoes for boys sizes 3 and above and girls sizes 5 and above. If your child is too small to fit into our shoes than they will jump bare foot (no shoes or socks). You are not allowed to bring in outside shoes to jump in
Q: Can I bring my own food inside?
A: We do not allow outside food or drinks
