We deal with many moms/dads at Sky Zone who are planning birthday parties who have never been to our facility and don't have the time to drop by before the big day. Our mission? To generate a picture of what to expect and how the birthday party will flow, without the added benefit of a past experience and complete visual of our facility. No problem ... parents are very busy these days, and a pre-visit isn't always going to be doable. In these situations, our event coordinators do a great job and make it work!
However, as this is a blog that includes birthday 'tips', we always suggest taking some time to visit your chosen birthday venue ahead of the big day. The main reason is this - it can have a dramatic effect on decreasing parental stress level on the event day. That's right, the more unknowns you can eliminate, the better ... and having a complete visual of process flow and know how of how the facility operates can be a big help. Sure, the overall birthday success will hinge heavily on whether or not your child has a great time, but the less YOU have to worry about, the more you can sit back and ENJOY!
Again, this is a perfect world scenario - and taking the time to do a pre-visit just isn't always a possibility. We at Sky Zone know this ... and are constantly looking for ways to take any potential roadblocks out of the planning process, or party itself, for parents. One such way?
