Franchise offerings are made by a formal Franchise Disclosure Document only.  SkyZone Recreational Center franchises will not be available in the following states until we have registered and obtained authority to sell franchises in them: Hawaii, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.   Until such time as we have registered and obtained permission to sell franchises in those states, we cannot and will not solicit franchise sales in or direct offers to them. A filing with a state agency does not constitute approval by such agency. Nothing contained in this website is intended to be an offering of a franchise. We have the right to accept or reject potential franchisees in our sole discretion and have no obligation to accept you as a franchisee, even if we provide you with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document.
