Before You Jump/ Waiver Info

Please be familiar with this information before visiting Skyzone Sports Louisville, KY (coming soon):

In order for you to get jumping smoothly, here are a few items you may need to know. We want nothing to get in the way of your FUN or your overall experience at Sky Zone. So take a minute to look through this list and you'll be well on your way.

Waiver

Everyone who is going to jump must have a signed liability waiver. If a jumper is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian of the minor must fill out the Sky Zone waiver. Waivers for birthdays and group reservations are only valid the day of the event and are not entered into our system. Once a Sky Zone waiver has been entered into the POS system, jumpers do not need to bring another waiver for a period of 1 year. However, previous jumps at Sky Zone do not ensure that your waiver will be on file.

• Electronic Waiver for Skyzone Sports Louisville, KY (coming soon). (Recommended) - This version may not be printed and will not be accepted hard copy; it must be submitted electronically. Sky Zone now offers an electronic waiver which is immediately downloaded to our POS system. The electronic waiver can be used only if 1) you are a participant over the age of 18 and is completing the waiver for yourself or 2) you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who plans on coming to Sky Zone and are filling out the waiver for him/her.

Ages
Sky Zone is FUN for just about any age, shape or physical ability.

Session Times
Open jump sessions begin every 15 minutes during normal hours of operation. Walk-ins are welcome, but please keep in mind that there is a court capacity and certain jump times can sell out. Please note that 3-D Dodgeball, or specific court availability, cannot be guaranteed with admission.

Shoe Policy
Jumpers at Sky Zone will be fitted for, and are required to wear, Sky Zone shoes. Please remember to bring/wear your own socks!

Size Separation
Because Sky Zone attracts jumpers of just about any age and size, our court monitors and employees reserve the right to move guests around to different courts or different sections of courts for safety, if necessary.
Reservation Information Pre-purchased tickets for groups of 14 and under can be purchased online by clicking the 'Buy Tickets Online' link . Reservation fees apply. Groups of 15 or more may make a reservation by calling us at 636.530.4550, ext. 2. A reservation guarantees jump time for a confirmed number of jumpers.

Capacity
Inside of Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park there are multiple trampoline playing fields, and in some locations a FOAM ZONE (a real crowd favorite). Our total capacity is approx 100 jumpers at any given time. This number is subject to change based on size and age of jumpers.
