Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park Pricing: Jump times start every 30 minutes, and you can jump in just about any half hour increment you like. Most jumpers will jump for 60, 90 or 120 minutes ... just make sure you stay long enough to enjoy all that Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park has to offer! If you’re serious about fitness and fun, then come check out our new classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm to 8 pm. SkyRobics Boot Camp promises a dynamic and effective workout for people of all fitness levels. You’ll benefit from the unique combination of cardio, core and strength building exercises, while burning up to 1,000 calories per hour.
Did you ever think it was possible to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour, and still have FUN doing it? With SkyRobics, that reality is a possibility.
SkyRobics is low impact and combines advanced calisthenics, core exercises and strength building aerobics, all done on our patented, all-trampoline, walled playing courts. SkyRobics is one of the most dynamic, effective, and intense workouts you can have, while being fun and easy on your joints. Those at any level of physical fitness will reap the physical and mental benefits of this revolutionary workout.

When: March 12,2013 from 6PM to 9PM
Ages: 16 & up
Cost: $120 entry fee
Format: 8 vs. 8 elimination matches. Matches are determined by winning 2 out of 3 games.
Prizes: 1st. place - Eight $50 Sky Zone Gift Cards
2nd place - Eight 1 hour jump passes
Does your team have what it takes to take claim the throne at Sky Zone? Find out Tuesday March 12, 2013, as Sky Zone Miami hosts its first ever 3-D Dodgeball Tournament. Teams of 8 will compete in elimination rounds with winners of 2 out of 3 games advancing.
Capacity is limited and registrations will be available on a first come basis. First round matches will be determined randomly. Tournament will host 8 or 16 teams, after first 8 teams register, teams 9 to 15 will be on a waiting list subject to filling out the bracket. Full payment is required upon registration.
