Imagine a seemingly endless sea of trampolines, all connected to form one massive trampoline surface. Now, imagine that surface enclosed with angled trampolines that allow you to literally bounce off the walls! These patented, all-trampoline, walled playing courts are the foundation of Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park since we opened our first location in 2004. It's a playing court so original and unique, it was awarded a United States patent.
The result? A brand new way to move, compete and get fit!
But beyond our unique courts, Sky Zone is the Ultimate 3-D Play Experience and unmatched high-flyin' FUN...and it's not just for kids either! Sky Zone is enjoyed by just about any age, shape or physical ability on a regular basis. From open jump, 3-D Dodgeball and SkyRobics fitness classes to birthday party packages, group events and corporate team building outings, there is truly something for everyone!!
Sky Zone Providence opened in December 2012, and offers 15,000 square feet of wall to wall trampoline courts. We have a MASSIVE Main Court, a 3 lane Foam Pit, two 3-D Dodgeball Courts, two SkySlam Courts, and a Toddler Court. For just about any age, shape or size, Sky Zone Providence is the ultimate 3-D play experience!

SkyJam Ages 18+
Saturday Night SkyJam = unparalleled, unmatched and out-of-this-world FUN. It's exclusively for ages 18 and up and takes place every Saturday night. Zip across the court horizontally ... freestyle your latest moves vertically ... and test your competitive skill in an awesome game of Ultimate Dodgeball! Quite simply, it's some SICK ,wall-to-wall action, Saturday nights from 10pm-Midnight, just $15 per person! SkyJam includes 90 minutes of Open Jump, 2 slices of pizza and a drink!
Toddler Time-Walking to 40 inches tall
If you can walk, then you can jump! That's our philosophy at Sky Zone ... and that's why we created Toddler Time, specifically for the little ones, Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am-11am. It's just $12 per family. Parents during this time can accompany their toddlers or jump on the other side of the net!
SKYROBICS 
Did you ever think it was possible to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour, and still have FUN doing it? With SkyRobics, that possibility is now a reality!
SkyRobics is low impact and combines advanced calisthenics, core exercises and strength building aerobics, all done on our patented, all-trampoline, walled playing courts. SkyRobics is one of the most dynamic, effective and intense workouts you can have, while being fun and easy on your joints. Those at any level of physical fitness will reap the physical and mental benefits of this revolutionary workout.

3-D DODGEBALL
Sky Zone 3-D dodgeball combines classic dodgeball with our trampoline field, taking the game to a soaring new level.
There are many ways you can enjoy playing 3-D dodgeball at Sky Zone.
- Come alone or with friends and jump into one of our daily pick up matches
- Enter one of our dodgeball tournaments for the chance to win cash and prizes
- Rent the dodgeball court for a private party or event
We will be hosting our first High School Dodgeball Tournament in May, the date and more information will be released soon!
