Teams shall be composed of 12 active players under contract by
the club.
· Teams are allowed 4 players on the playing field at any
one time during the game.
· Substitution: Players may be changed any time during
play, provided the player leaving the SZ Playing Field is within
5 ft of the player's bench.
· Players play both offense and defense.
· Players can only wear, league approved helmets, shoulder
pads, football style pants, mouthpiece and special shoes.
